Add Natural Ingredients to Face Cleansers for Healthy Skin

Thankfully today there are lots of natural extracts that you can easily add to your acne or face wash for smooth and healthy skin. So why not take advantage of these materials?

Steps

  1. Dermabrasion removes the redness from acne. A simple natural home remedy for this is to use the skin inside of an egg shell.
    • Use the inside of the egg directly on your pimples, but be sure to moisturize after.
  2. Use natural sand and salt water from the beach. Go to the beach with an empty water bottle, and collect the sand and water. When you get home, put the sand and water in a large bowl. Gently apply it to your face using your hands. (If you do rub, rub in light circles.) Leave on for a few minutes and wash it off.
  3. Put a teaspoon of sugar in your favorite facial wash or peel and rub together. Apply as you would any facial wash.
  4. Heat water so it is warm. Then put a large amount of salt into the water. Dip a Q-tip in the salty water and apply to pimples. Try to keep at each pimple until their size is much smaller.
  5. Try mixing in finely ground walnut shells to your cleanser as an exfoliate. Remember to rub gently.
  6. Use grapes as a facial cleanser. Search google for "juice grape facial" for details on this natural home remedy.
  7. Finished.

Tips

  • Be gentle, do not rub or press too hard.
  • Don't rub the ingredients too hard on acne.
