Apply Smoky Eyeliner

Steps
- Line your eyes as usual. A liquid eye-liner would be more effective for smudging later on. Also, for a more dramatic look, to go with the smokey eye, a wing would look best.
- Use your finger to lightly smudge upward. If you prefer, you could use a fluffy brush.
