Steps
- Go a slow speed and when you get better you can gradually go faster.
- Pull your bars up.
- Pull up with your arms, making sure your knees are bent.
- Pull straight up on the bars, extending your knees then re extend within about 2 seconds.
Tips
- Start in the street or in a parking lot then practice going up curbs and then you can move to obstacles like soda cans and milk cartons.
- If you pull up too high you will fall on your back so take your feet off the pedals and land on your feet.
- If you yank up while pulling your bars up it's an actual bronco if you manual then yank it's a tire tap
- Bend your knees so when you have a hard landing your ankles and wrists don't shatter.
Warnings
- Leaning back can result in a face plant if your inexperienced.
