CMU Graduates had the highest starting salaries in the U.S.

This year Forbes magazine conducts a survey to identify which is the best school for your money (How much you pay for your education and how much you get back in return) and Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) is voted as the best school. CMU graduates received the highest salary offer among all the top schools in the U.S.

On the list of 10 highest salaries paid to graduates, CMU's Computer Science, Engineer, and Business graduates received the top salaries and the only school that have all three areas listed. Forbes magazine stated: “Graduates of Carnegie Mellon's School of Computer Science had the highest starting salaries, a full 82% above the average. Overall, technology, engineering and business programs in this university produced the biggest paychecks, due to the underlying industries they feed into and the schools' relationships with employers.
