If you go to www.bebo.com and you are a new visitor, you can become a member for free by making your own Bebo account.

Steps

If you're under 13 do not register for Bebo. This both breaks their terms of service and various laws such as COPPA. Your account may be deleted at anytime.
You should only have a single Bebo account, making multiple accounts increases the chances of you forgetting passwords or if you use the same password for them all if one gets hacked then all of them could be.
To avoid random people adding you, you can put your Bebo page on private.

Remember to be nice. Although it's online and you can say whatever you want still be polite, just because the person can't see you or beat you up doesn't mean you can say they look like a pimple faced turtle. Your keyboard is just an extension of your tongue, use it wisely.
Don't give out personal information about yourself (such as your address, phone number, etc.) to everyone you meet, because some profiles are fake, they have been created for stealing and using your personal information for malicious purposes, which is illegal, leaving you to pay any fine they use your info for.
Bebo is used mainly by age groups 13-35 but anyone can join! Insulting people due to their age is just as bad as racism.
