  1. Start with a circle.
  2. Add the outline sketch for the jawline.
  3. Add the facial features outline sketches.
  4. Draw the actual lines for the ears and the jawline.
  5. Draw the facial features. Justin Bieber’s eyes are slightly narrowed. Maybe it’s one of his mannerisms because he always narrows his eyes but it suits him though.
