Do you have multiple stops in your driving route, maybe a few friends, Starbucks, a movie theater? Calculating your distance and complete directions seems more of a challenge with so many stops, but no fear, it's quite easy!
Steps
- Go to MapQuest.com.
- Click "GET DIRECTIONS"
- A little blue plus should appear that says "Add Stop"
- Click IT!
- Add as many stops and locations as you would like by typing them into the boxes.
Tips
- If you find yourself using maps often, consider getting a GPS. The newer ones come with real-time traffic calculations and very accurate directions
- Use a browser on your phone to open maps
- The iPhone native maps app works just fine
- Make maps in advance, don't wait until the last minute to print them
- Don't make things overly complicated, If you know your way around a bit then try to exercise that knowledge
- Make sure that you un-check the boxes for advertisements when going to print, you don't need them
Warnings
- Maps are not always perfectly accurate and you should always prioritize road signs over maps. Maps do not usually calculate construction zones and other traffic phenomena.
