Steps

Shut your iPad off then wait 10 sec and turn it back on.
Open up the Simsfreeplay icon.
Go to the town on Simsfreeplay.
Hit the store button, and hit the home button on your iPad 1 second after you open the store.
After you hit the home button, wait 15 seconds and open the Simsfreeplay icon again. Be aware that you want to hit the (x) cancel button quick!
Open the Sims store again and all the prices on all the deals should say $0.00!
