Grow Seedless Watermelons

Steps
- Grow the seedless watermelons in the right garden conditions. You need proper growing conditions for them to grow fully. Watermelon are best grown in warm temperatures, therefore, it is recommended that watermelon should be germinated within a controlled environment, around {{safesubst:#invoke:convert|convert}}.
- Transplant the watermelon. After the watermelon vine has reached about {{safesubst:#invoke:convert|convert}} long, it is safe to move it to a garden area. However, the soil still must have a temperature of {{safesubst:#invoke:convert|convert}}.
- Plant the seedless watermelon seeds next "seeded" watermelons. The seedless watermelon (called triploid) must be grown next to regular watermelon (called diploid.) This is because seedless watermelon is sterile and unable to pollinate itself. The regular watermelon then assists to pollinate the seedless watermelon in order for it to bear fruit. If you have a small garden, you should dig holes to mark where you want to plant the watermelon.
- Plant a regular watermelon in the first hole. Then, in the following two holes, plant seedless watermelon. Alternate between regular and seedless until you have planted all your plants. Be sure to be able to distinguish seedless from the regular once they have grown.
- Follow package instructions, or garden book instructions, to continue to weed, water and wait for your delicious seedless watermelons. They should be ready in a couple of weeks.

- You will need a good amount of space.
- Summer is the best time for watermelons. Growing them in fall is risky, because of the dropping temperature.

- Watermelons may take up a lot of space, depending on how big they are or how many you plant.
