Ingredients

Carrot Ginger Apple

  • 8 large carrots

  • 8 large carrots
  • 2 cups of fresh cherries

Carrot Tomato

  • 8 large carrots
  • 2 large stemless tomatoes

Steps

Carrot Ginger Apple

  1. Take out your juicer or blender. Clean it if necessary.
  2. Wash all 8 carrots in cool running tap water. Do the same with the apples and ginger.
  3. Cut your apples into quarters.
  4. Place a tall glass under the spout of your juicer, if using one. Slowly feed in all the produce.
  5. Stir the juice to ensure an even blend.

Carrot Cherry

  1. Take out your juicer or blender. Clean it if necessary.
  2. Wash all 8 carrots in cool running tap water. Do the same with the cherries.
  3. Pit each cherry. Be sure that you do not miss a pit, as running a pit through your juicer could ruin it.
  4. Place a tall glass under the spout of your juicer, if using one. Slowly feed in all the produce.
  5. Stir the juice to ensure an even blend.

Carrot Tomato

  1. Take out your juicer or blender. Clean it if necessary.
  2. Wash all 8 carrots in cool running tap water. Do the same with the tomatoes.
  3. Slice the tomatoes into wedges.
  4. Place a tall glass under the spout of your juicer, if using one. Slowly feed in all the produce.
