Make Egg Mayonaise

Egg mayonnaise is a simple yet delicious filling that can be made in 20 minutes, providing you have the correct ingredients.

Steps

  1. Make sure you have eggs, mayonnaise, bowls, a hob, a cooking pot / a pan if you're risky, wooden spoon and water.
  2. Place the eggs in the pan half covered with water, and leave to boil. Make sure they don't spit at you, and leave the handle to the side so you don't spill it.
  3. Leave to cook for about 10 minutes, then turn off the heat, and take instantly to cold water where they can cool off.
  4. After about 7 minutes of cooling, break each egg's shell on the side and peel into one bowl, (if you have a slicer, slice the egg to help) and repeat this until you have about 6 hard boiled eggs.
  5. Get out a fork and mash the eggs to your standard, then add the mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Finished.
