Make Mango Malai (Mousse)

Learn how to make yummy mango malai (mousse). This dessert is super quick and very easy to make and most importantly, it's delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mango pulp
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Fresh mango (as much as desired)
  • Ice
  • Mint (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Gather all materials.
  2. Pour two cups of the mango pulp into your blender.
  1. Pour two cups of milk into your blender.
  2. Add four scoops of vanilla ice cream. Then pour a cup of heavy cream.
  3. Add some ice into your blender and start mixing. Make sure the consistency is very thick and that everything is blended.
  1. Dice the fresh mango into small cubes.
  1. Pour your mixture into a glass. Then add the fresh cut mangoes.
  2. Mix everything another time.
  3. Put the mango malai in the freezer for one to two hours. Garnish it with some mint leaves, then serve! Enjoy!

Tips

  • Make sure mango pulp and fresh mangos are sweet. If not, you can add some extra sugar into your mixture.
