Make a Very Simple Tomato Soup
Okay. So you want to start doing some cooking? Eating some real/Healthy food. Soups are an easy, Simple, basic recipe to start with.
Ingredients
- 6 decent sized tomatoes
- Basil/General mixed herbs
- A Tablespoon of butter
- Water
Steps
- Heat the butter on a medium heat of gas mark four in a saucepan
- Prick all the tomatoes several times and add to the butter
- Heat the tomatoes until soft
- Add 350ml of water and Bring to the boil (gas mark 6)
- Once boiling, add 2 tbsp mixed herbs or basil (Finely chopped or big chunks, depends how you like it.)
- Sieve the tomatoes out of the water, which should now be an orange-red colour.
- Finished.
Tips
- To make the soup more tasty, add a tbsp of white wine vinegar and a bit of salt, maybe some carrot or celery

- Try not to burn yourself
