Perform the Trapped Bill Bar Trick

Are you looking for a great bar trick for winning beers, and impressing your friends? The trapped bill bar trick consists of getting paper money that is stuck between two bottles out from between the two bottles, but preventing the bottles from falling. Keep in mind that you cannot touch either of the two bottles while performing this trick. Interested? Read on!

Steps

  1. Place the bill between the two bottles. You will want to get the paper money as centered between the two bottles as possible. If the bill is off centered, your chances of success will be reduced.
  2. Be certain that the beer bottles are perfectly aligned with one another. Using your fingers to crease the bill, feel that the bottles are perfectly aligned. This is critical to the success of pulling your trick off.
  3. Using your left hand, hold on to the bill. You will want to hold on to the left side of the bill, as pictured.
  4. Form a sort of "valley" in the bill. Using your right hand, push down slightly on the bill, so that it forms a sort of "valley."
  5. Raise your right hand. With as much force as you can muster, bring your pointer finger down on the bill. When you are bringing your finger down, you will want to aim for the "valley" that we have previously created in the bill.
  6. Leave your friends in awe! You have successfully pulled the trapped bill trick off. Now drink your free beer, or if at first you did not succeed, give it another shot.

Tips

  • Make sure that when you are first placing the bill between the two bottles, that you line the bottles up exactly in line with one-another. Note the picture to the right for reference as to how the bottles should be lined up.

Warnings

  • Do not push, or pull, the bill with your left hand. Your left hand should merely be used to hold the bill.

Things You'll Need
