    • Shave or wax your legs (especially if your hose are sheer).

  8. Take a look and make necessary adjustments. Check for areas where the pantyhose are bunched, or places where your skin feels pinched. The pantyhose should feel snug, but not uncomfortable. If possible, wear clothes that are easy to slip off when you need to use the restroom, and that won't make you feel too pinched and confined.   2. Pay attention to the weather. Pantyhose aren't very practical in extremely humid and hot weather, because they trap moisture against your skin and become uncomfortable when you sweat.
