Steps
- Grab the jeans at a point along bottom hem of one pant leg in one hand and opposite point on waist band in other hand.
- Step on pant leg (in stockinged feet) midway between points in your hands.
- Pull hard with hands while pressing with foot to spread jeans fibers along pant leg.
- Move hand positions a few inches along bottom hem and waist band and repeat procedure.
- Continue all the way around pant leg.
- Repeat the procedure for the other leg.
Tips
- You can also stretch the jeans a bit more by applying pressure with a hot iron going down the leg to the bottom.
- You may have to repeat the stretching numerous times to get the length you desire.
