Write a Thank You Letter to a Nursing Home

It is a difficult decision to place a loved one in care. However, a great nursing home makes all the difference in the day of the life of a patient so why not send a thank you letter to the nursing home and staff to show your appreciation.

Steps

  1. Choose appropriate thank you stationery.
  2. Hand write your thank you letter.
  3. Make the letter sincere with valuable reasons why you are thanking them.
  4. Mention any members of staff if necessary.
  5. Send the thank you letter out as soon as possible especially if a relative passed away in the nursing home.
  6. Enclose a thank you gift, flowers or donation if appropriate.
