It is a difficult decision to place a loved one in care. However, a great nursing home makes all the difference in the day of the life of a patient so why not send a thank you letter to the nursing home and staff to show your appreciation.
Steps
- Choose appropriate thank you stationery.
- Hand write your thank you letter.
- Make the letter sincere with valuable reasons why you are thanking them.
- Mention any members of staff if necessary.
- Send the thank you letter out as soon as possible especially if a relative passed away in the nursing home.
- Enclose a thank you gift, flowers or donation if appropriate.
