Apply Liquid Eyeliner to the Bottom Eyelid
Applying liquid eyeliner to bottom eyelids can be difficult if you want to achieve a thin line across the waterline. However with these tips you'll soon be a pro!
Steps
- Draw your line on the waterline with black eyeliner. Take your time and clean up mistakes.
- Open the liquid eyeliner and with small, swift strokes to the direction out from the nose, apply the liquid liner.
- Slowly wipe away any mistakes with an eyeliner sponge, cotton ball, or Q-Tip.
- Finished.
Tips
- Wide eyes: apply the eyeliner straight across the lower lid.
- Almond/Asian eyes: Keep the eyeliner only from the center pupil out. Don't wing it, you will make eyes squinty.
