Steps
- Learn to observe with the corner of your eye. You can catch a lot of things out of the corner of your eye.
- Listen to the things behind you. People would generally think you are listening to what is ahead of you and are not aware you are listening to them.
- Look all around you. You have to watch your surroundings using as much senses as you can.
- Try to look into detail. There can be a lot of things you can miss that are right in front of you.
- Try laying low. If you become noticed there can be a lot of things that can block you from your observing.
- Practice having a photographic memory. That way can catch a quick glimpse and still see in detail.
- Try to give yourself tests like looking around the room for 30 seconds than close your eyes and remember everything you saw like shirt colors, hats, beanies, babies, hair, etc.
- Try looking at "Find The Difference" pictures and testing your self. This is used by many police departments to train the detectives.
Tips
- Observe with your ears as well as your eyes. You may end up being in a situation where listening is more effective than seeing.
- Take an eye test to see if you need glasses. You want maximum vision.
- To improve your observing, try going in the forest and finding the camouflaged animals.
