Become a Stock Broker in California
Template:Stub To become a stockbroker in California, a person needs to pass two test administered by the NASD.
Steps
- Call the NASD to ask about the series 63 exam.
- Get a sponsor. After passing the series 63 exam. you need to get sponsored by a member of the NASD, in order to take the second exam which is the series 7.
- After finding a sponsor, take the series 7 exam and if you pass.
Warnings
- It is a very difficult job and it is also difficult to get sponsored.
