Block a Contact on Hotmail

If you need to block a contact in your Hotmail account, it's possible to do – just follow these simple steps.

Steps

Log in to your Hotmail account.
Go to the right hand corner of the screen. Look for the Gear symbol.
Click on it. Go right to the bottom of the list.
Click on the "More mail settings" tab. You will come to a screen of options.
Scroll down to "Preventing Junk E-mail".
Click on "Safe and Blocked Senders".
Click on "Blocked Senders" in the "Safe and Blocked Senders" window.
Type in the e-mail address of the contact you desire blocked and click on the tab "Add to List". You have just blocked your first contact.
