- Take the toilet roll cardboard and cut slits at the bottom so you can fan out the bottom.
- Tape the toilet roll to the center of a paper plate.
- Fill a film canister with about 10 milliliters of water.
- Drop an Alka Seltzer in, close the cap so it clicks.
- Drop the canister into the "tube" (toilet paper roll) so the cap is facing the plate.
- Wait for the canister to take flight.
- Finished.
