Chokeslam an Opponent Like Kane

It's a little hardcore. But its better than Big Shows it looks a little more realistic and painful. Bear with me!

Steps

  1. Grab your opponent by the neck using your weak arm. But don't actually choke them! Just grasp right under their jaw-bone hard enough to keep your grip.
  2. With your other arm, flip their arm onto your arm which is holding there neck. Remember wrestling isn't all real they put there arm like that so the opponent can help them grip them. Make sure to grab hold of your opponent's pants or trunks with your stronger free hand, as doing so would give greater leverage (This has been tested on a struggling opponent, so its quite effective). Tug your opponent upward to ready your opponent to jump. With the arm that's holding them, move your hand downward to build momentum and tug on our opponents pants/trunks.
  3. Then at the same time that the opponent jumps, lift him upward with full power. Once they're in the air, place your hand on your opponent's lower back to guide it so it hits the ground back first. (This is called take a back bump - this is when you land flat on your back to make your opponent seem stronger).

Tips

  • Get the victim to bend their legs and jump as you start to lift them, this allows for a higher, more impressive lift, plus give you a smidgen of extra time to make sure they land as flat on their back - this will disperse the impact of landing over the maximum surface area possible
  • Use your dominant arm. If you don't, good luck trying to pick them up.
  • NEVER TRY with a taller, more heavier person! Chances are with a heavier person is you won't be able to pick them up. With a taller person, you probably couldn't even reach there throat! Be reasonable with your abilities. Don't try something you can't do!
  • Practice A lot.
  • Well its obvious, but you need to exercise your arms A LOT! Kane's choke slam uses only one arm to pick up the opponent or doesn't require to put the opponent's armpit so its quite the accomplishment to do this stunt.

Warnings

  • NEVER ATTEMPT TO ACTUALLY CHOKE THE OPPONENT!!! That could lead to a serious problem and would make you look like an even BIGGER idiot.
  • Make sure to do it on a surface that has bounce or give. If it's just a floor with no bounce, there's a 70/100 % chance that you'll hurt their chest to an extent of them losing all they're breath.
  • Any move could end up being a disaster whether it's an impressive Military Press, or a simple supplex. Do the moves on a flat surface, preferably an exercise mat or an actual ring. Don't be the manly man and try this like off a roof or on a hill because if something goes wrong, you're going to look like an idiot. Believe me.
  • Remember wrestlers are pro's they know what there doing so use your common sense

Things You'll Need

  • A flat, even surface (preferably an exercise mat or an actual wrestling ring)
  • An opponent or friend
