Clean Leather Shoes with Windex

Sometimes you just look down at your shoes and think 'Eww! Where did all this dirt come from?!'. This article will show you how to clean them with Windex!

Steps

  1. Collect what you'll need:
    • 2 damp cloths
    • Windex
    • Old toothbrush (optional)
  2. Spray the Windex on one of the cloths.
  3. Rub the cloth on your shoe gently but with enough force to loosen up the dirt.
  4. Use an old toothbrush that you are not going to use anymore and rub it on the shoes to loosen up the dirt easier if the cloth can't get into the creases. This is a lot easier to use to get the dirt out of the creases than the cloth. This is optional.
  5. Use a damp cloth. After you are done loosening up the dirt, take the damp cloth you haven't used yet and wipe off the Windex and dirt. Repeat the cleaning process until your shoes are clean.
  6. Let your shoes dry and they should look as good as new!
