Create a Cartoon Using a Windows Computer

Have you ever wanted to make a cartoon but only had a Windows computer? If so, here's a way to solve your want.

Steps

Think of the cartoon. Don't make it too long or complicated.
Open "Microsoft Paint". Draw each of the pics for your cartoon. ex. if you were drawing a person waving, your multiple pics
Open "Windows live movie maker' and put the first picture you drew into the timeline.
Go back to your Paint document, and change one thing about the cartoon. For example, modify the appearance of a limb or a facial expression.
Continue doing the above steps until the animation is done.
Change the time per picture to something like point 125 seconds or else it will be picture 5 seconds, picture 5 seconds, picture 5 seconds and so on.

Stickmen cartoons are easier to make.
When you are on "Windows movie maker" you can add titles or credits.
You should become better as you make more.
When you make each pic 0.13 seconds long, you may make it longer if you wanted to make the pic stop for more seconds.
