Create a Webpage Using PowerPoint
You might already be aware about PowerPoint but in addition to creating presentation, you can also build webpages on the go
Steps
- Launch PowerPoint. Create a new Presentation by clicking File - New or Office icon - New, if you are using PowerPoint 2007 or above
- Choose a Pre-made Template or just a Blank layout. Add Images, Audio files, Text and other elements as you would do in a normal PowerPoint Presentation
- If you want to create hyperlinks and additional pages in your website. Create a New Slide apply your desired template. Now add some text like in a menu button or info box
- Right Click on the button or text you've created select 'hyperlink'. Select 'Place in the Document' and choose the slide (it will be converted into a webpage) you want to link to
- Click File - Save As and choose Webpage in 'Save as Type' Dropdown
- Click on 'Publish'. Choose the settings and browser compatibility options and after configuring, click 'Publish'
Tips
- You can also hyperlink images in addition to text and other elements, as well mas animations.
