Create the Perfect Brow Line

Steps
- Outline your eyebrows in any desired shape with a white eyeliner. If you don't like how it looks, then use a makeup wipe to wipe it off and then start over.Experiment with shapes until you get a good one.Remember,you can't find it over night,so don't be frustrated!
- Once you have found your perfect shape, begin plucking any hairs outside of the outline.Try to start with the ones that are the farthest from the desired shape.If your brows are smaller than the desired shape,then fill them in using a brow pencil,in short strokes to mimic brow hairs.Stay safe,because if you pluck too much,eyebrows grow really slow!
- Once you have completed your plucking,remove the white liner using makeup remover wipes and fill in any sparse places in your brows,if any. !
Tips
- If you can handle it, try to go as long as possible without plucking so that your hair will be long enough to see through the liner when you begin.
Warnings
- Do not pluck against the grain. It may cause damage to your brows. While plucking, pull the same way the hair is growing out and try to get as close to the base as you can.
