Decoden Your Own Cell Phone Case

Steps
- Think of a theme that you want for decorating your cell phone case.

- Apply the rhinestones and all your other cabochons on the phone case using your rhinestone pencil.
- After applying everything on the phone case, allow it to dry for at least 24 hours.
