Do a Shoulder Massage
Friend or Family having a rough day? Help them out with a nice shoulder massage.
Steps
- First you are going to put the person you will massage on their back, or on a stool. Once they have gone into this position, follow the rest of the instructions.
- Put some baby lotion into the palm of your hand and add 5 drops of veggie oil. Rub it together and put your hands on the shoulders of the person.
- Start to pinch and pull easily and push down into the skin. Rub the skin carefully.
- Use a massager to rub the back while you massage. It makes it a better full massage. Optional: Take an unused toothbrush and scrub the shoulders. Once it has been around 40 minutes, take hands off of person and wipe off their back (Veggie Oil).
- Finished.
Warnings
- Make sure that do not pull or pinch to hard, if so you may damage the body, or pull a muscle.
