Do a Shoulder Massage

Friend or Family having a rough day? Help them out with a nice shoulder massage.

Steps

  1. First you are going to put the person you will massage on their back, or on a stool. Once they have gone into this position, follow the rest of the instructions.
  2. Put some baby lotion into the palm of your hand and add 5 drops of veggie oil. Rub it together and put your hands on the shoulders of the person.
  3. Start to pinch and pull easily and push down into the skin. Rub the skin carefully.
  4. Use a massager to rub the back while you massage. It makes it a better full massage. Optional: Take an unused toothbrush and scrub the shoulders. Once it has been around 40 minutes, take hands off of person and wipe off their back (Veggie Oil).
  5. Finished.



Warnings

  • Make sure that do not pull or pinch to hard, if so you may damage the body, or pull a muscle.

  • Towel
  • Bowl of water for towel
  • Massager
  • Your hands
  • Baby Lotion
  • Veggie Oil
