Do the Penalty Tickle on Someone

Do you want to make a person laugh and squirm a lot? The penalty tickle is one of the funnest ways to "pay someone back" for something or to just make them howl with laughter. Be warned though - you could be next!

Steps

  1. Tie up the person you are tickling.
  2. Wiggle your fingers to frighten them of what you're about to do.
  3. Tickle his/her armpits and stomach ruthlessly.
  4. Tell your friend to tickle the ribs and feet.
  5. Make another friend pop out and tickle his/her neck. This can lead to screams, laughs, some of the "Stop it! Please! ha ha he ha I can't breathe!" yells, big smiles, and lots of kicking.

Evil Alternative

  1. Tie up the person you are tickling
  2. Get friends to come help e.g. multiple people around 5 to 6 people would be ideal. But before others join in (make them hide) and slowly torment the victim like wiggling your fingers near spots... Blindfold the person so they think your the only person that will be tickling them.
  3. Silently signal for others to come join you, and (it would be a good idea to do this before you start tying up the victim) tell two to go to their underarms, two to their feet, and one in between their legs (to tickle their knees). Then you stand right at their 'crotch' and go "one, two and three" and all tickle at the same time. It will drive them CRAZY!!!

Tips

  • For added fun, make sure there are at least two or three of you. Even more people means even more fun!
  • If you're feeling particularly evil, blindfold them. The surprise factor will increase their ticklishness!
  • Say- "I'll stop tickling you once you've wet your pants." but if the victim is coughing loudly or can't breathe then stop tickling that victim.
  • When tickling his/her feet, they might scrunch their toes together to prevent you from reaching them. To prevent this, tie their big toes back to something to prevent the tickle from moving them, or hold them back yourself with one hand.
  • Always make sure that the person you are tickling has no shirt or shoes on. You can tickle their feet with socks or nylons (which actually make their feet more ticklish), though, or you can do it bare.
  • Laugh, make funny faces, and tease him or her playfully to make the person laugh even harder.
  • If they don't laugh, but they are grinning hugely, don't worry. Just because you don't hear any laughter from your tickle (as long as they are smiling) doesn't mean they still aren't being tickled well.
  • Make sure you all have fun! Just make sure you stop in time.
  • Tickling {{safesubst:#invoke:convert|convert}} away from their skin can be more effective than actually touching as long as they are looking at your fingers and can't get away.
  • Make sure you can reach all their ticklish spots.
  • Feel free to tickle your helpers if the person you are tickling needs a break. If they aren't blindfolded, they could feel a little better about their sensitivity/ being tickled.

Warnings

  • The person you are tickling might get back at you someday. So, prepare to be tickled! If you can't take it, don't dish it out!
  • Look out for friends of the person you are tickling, because they might jump out anytime and tickle you back.
  • Make sure the person you are tickling can breathe. You might want to give them small "breaks" every so often. It could be an issue if he/she stops breathing...
  • Make sure the person you are tickling likes being tickled. Some people REALLY don't like being tickled, and it's abusive to touch someone in a way they don't want to be touched.
  • If someone tells you to stop tickling them or gets angry, ALWAYS stop. Failure to do so is considered abuse.
