- If you're repeatedly doing the same old job routine everyday, try talking to your manager about giving you some new things to do. This could add to your working experience.
- Ask your supervisor/ manager if there's anything they would like for you do to help them with. You never know; it could be something that's vital for the firm. They could thank you later for getting some work load off their shoulder.
- Try to not be shy but speak and work your way through. Pitch in some ideas and be dedicated instead of complaining. This way you won't be bored and sulking.
- Furthering your studies is one of the best way to elevate yourself at your job and intellectually plus your working experience. Nothing can beat this method.This could take you into having a promotion and that means more money for you.
- If you haven't got that promotion right away and your salary is the same, try asking for raise if your work load increases and you've attained more qualifications. Without asking you never know what might be the outcome.
- Take control of yourself and let your supervisor know you're hardworking and you're interested in elevating yourself rather being at one stage all the time.
- If you really don't like your job and it isn't what you like to do, then you can always try to apply else where and do what you love. However, NEVER LEAVE YOUR JOB WITHOUT SECURING ANOTHER.
