Get to Four Island in Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen
Although there isn't much to do in Four Island, it's still fairly important to access and is where you get HM07, Waterfall. You can also find some rare Pokémon, and it's a must-visit in order to get to the other islands. Luckily, after you've beaten the Elite Four, it's fairly easy to access.
Steps
- Beat the Elite Four.
- Have 60 different caught Pokémon.
- Go to One Island with a Pokémon that knows Surf and talk to Celio (Bill's friend); he will tell you about the Ruby.
- Go to Mt. Ember and find the Team Rocket goons.
- Battle and defeat the Team Rocket goons.
- Enter the cave the goons were blocking (you need a Pokémon that knows HM Strength.)
- Figure out the puzzles until you get to a fork in the road and go west.
- Go back and show Celio the Ruby.
- When Celio asks you for another favor, say yes.
- He will explain that he needs another gem; the Sapphire.
- Now go to Island Four.
