Hack Hunterstory

Like MapleStory, Crovy, the maker of "Hunterstory", (a flash game of a hunter) made a great game. Although, because it is a flash game, some of the auto-save character stats can be edited/hacked.

Steps

  1. Download "Sol Editor", off SourceForge.net (link below)
  2. Replay some of Hunterstory again, and the go back a page so the Sol Editor can catch the saved data. It might be best that you go up a level.
  3. Open up "My Computer" and go to C:\Documents and Settings\(YOUR WINDOWS LOGIN)\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\(RANDOM LETTERS/NUMBERS)\flowsion.net\ ..."Application Data" is a hidden folder. If you can't see it, go to Tools > Folder Options > View > Show Hidden Files And Folders.
  4. Inside "flowsion.net", there is a file named "keylog1337.sol". No, it does not mean what you think it means; it's just something the creator wanted to make because he thought it was funny. He could've had it created as "bunnies.sol" or "folder.sol" or "crovy.sol" etc. ---->Coming back, click on it and you should get the Sol Editor program, with your Hunterstory character stats on the left.
  5. Here, you can edit a few things now that you can. Recommended to edit: skillpoints, bowwindup, level, mp, mprecov[ery], dex, watk[weapon attack], and mesos. All of these edit the basic things.
  6. Finally, click the floppy disk when you're done. (located at the top of your character stats) Keep the Sol Editor open, and go back to the window where you opened Hunterstory, and go back to the game. You should now have the edited stats, edited to your character!

Tips

  • It's best that you are playing the newest type of Hunterstory. (link below)
  • Later on, if you figure it out, you can edit the skills themselves. (where you edit their damage, and how many times you shoot arrows --> like in the skill "Hurricane/Storm of Arrows" if you get to fourth job.)

Warnings

  • Don't edit somethings too high because if you save and play the game, the things you edited too high might lag it.
