Keep a Girl's Body Clean
It's embarrassing and sometimes hard when girls enter puberty because it is tough to keep your body clean. I will show you some ways to keep your body feeling and looking good.
Steps
- Take a shower or bath every day. This keeps bacteria, sweat, dirt and sand (if you play outside a lot) from building up and causing B.O. (Body Odor).
- Wash your face and use soap to keep your face clean and not so oily. This will help prevent acne or pimples from forming.
- Wash your hair and use shampoo. It's is the best thing you can do for your hair.
- Wear clean clothes that you feel comfortable in. Don't wear dirty clothes because it can make you dirty
- Don't feel pressured to shave your body if you do not want to! It won't make things any more clean. it helps to shave if the hair is uncomfortable
- Wear clean underwear and bras. Dirty underwear can cause vaginal infection if worn too long.
- Keep your nails trimmed and clean(same with your toenails). if you want your nails to be long, make sure you at least clean out the dirt that gets under your nails.
Tips
- On week days that you've been too busy to wash your clothes or underwear, have a laundry basket nearby and throw your dirty clothes into that and when you've got time, wash them at the end of the week or sometime.
- Have a bag for make up and a bag for body care. Have shaving gel, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer and stuff like that in it and the casual mascara, eye-shadow, blusher, foundation, lipstick etc in the make up one.
- Have a cream for acne - you never know when you're going to break out! Also at that time of the month you break out badly too. Have a nice perfume you use daily. Deodorant for when you're out and are sweating a bit too much and hand cream for when your hands get a bit dry.
- Put baby powder on your underwear! It will help you stay dry and fresh all day! Reapply when needed!
