Look Healthy and Pretty

Ever want to look pretty and healthy? Well here is how you can be both.

Steps

  1. When you wake up in the morning, look in the mirror and tell yourself five things you like about how you look.
  2. Pick out a fabulous outfit that you absolutely love.
  3. Put on natural or no makeup. Some girls like to wear just a little bit of soft pink eyeshadow.
  4. Now it's time to look in the mirror and tell yourself five things about how you're beautiful on the inside.
  5. At the end of the day, go for a twenty or thirty minute walk with your mom, dad, grandparent, or pet.
  6. Have a little home spa, to help relax.
  7. Brush your teeth and change into nightclothes.
  8. Get in bed at about 8:30 or so.
  9. Best to have lights off at 9:30-10:00!
  10. Tell yourself you're beautiful : confidence is key.

Tips

  • You might want to go through your clothes and get rid of ones that don't fit or you don't like. Just make sure to get permission first.
  • Keep your room clean! This will make you feel much better.
  • Drink plenty of water, and if that's too hard, try some flavored water.
  • Eating fruit is a great way to be healthy!
  • Try to have a set bedtime and wake up time. This is healthy for your body.
  • The secret to a good night sleep is a nice environment, turn off all the lights and shut your door. You might also want to spray a lightly scented spray in the air. On your bed have a few sheets, and a quilt or 2 to keep warm. Don't have anything heavy.
  • If you're young, you don't really need makeup, but if you do wear some, try to keep it natural.
  • Try to go to bed early so you're not tired in the morning, and so you can be ready for a good day!
  • Get a haircut every 2 months at the least. Even if you're growing your hair out, you need to get rid of split ends.
  • You may want to visit a dermatologist.

  • You might be allergic to the facial wash the dermatologists recommended just go see them again.
