Maintain Your Mini/Midi Moto

Taking care of a mini or midi moto isn't difficult, but it will make your bike shine.

Steps

Clean the body work of the bike, such as the fairings. This is a first pass, so just get the big stuff off and don't worry about details yet.
Clean the outside of the engine.
Clean the body again, as necessary.
Polish the body work and leave polish/wax on to give an extra layer.
Check your tire pressure. Remember that this is for safety as well as tire life.
Rub any rust off using memory paper.
Start the bike and allow it to run for a few minutes after washing.

Ride safely for the first few minutes after cleaning. The tires could be slippery if they are still wet.
Always ride safely. If you don't, you'll damage more than just the bike.
