Make Baked Fish Fillets or Steaks
Here's a recipe to bake fish fillets or steaks using a bit of vegetable oil, lemon juice and seasonings.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds Make Fish Au Gratin or steaks, fresh or frozen
- 2 tablespoons melted fat or vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Select Paprika
- Pepper, to taste
Steps
- Preheat oven to {{safesubst:#invoke:convert|convert}}.
- Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Defrost frozen fish, if using.
- Cut fish into 6 pieces.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish.
- Bake 20 t 25 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
- Finished.
