Make Baked Fish Fillets or Steaks


Here's a recipe to bake fish fillets or steaks using a bit of vegetable oil, lemon juice and seasonings.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Make Fish Au Gratin or steaks, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons melted fat or vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Select Paprika
  • Pepper, to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to {{safesubst:#invoke:convert|convert}}.
  2. Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Defrost frozen fish, if using.
  4. Cut fish into 6 pieces.
  5. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish.
  6. Bake 20 t 25 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
  7. Finished.
