Make Cream Eyeliner

Are you out of eyeliner? Don't worry. You can make your own eyeliner. And all you have to do is follow a few simple steps.

Steps

First you need some Vaseline (petroleum jelly) for the base of your eyeliner, a toothpick to mix everything with, black eyeshadow. If you want custom eyeliner you can use different colors, and something to put it in.
Now you put the Vaseline in the container. You could mix it in a bowl.
Mush up your eyeshadow until it's very fine. If you have loose pigments, then you don't have to mush it.
Mix your eyeshadow with the Vaseline. Test it on your hand to see if you like it. If it's not bright enough, add more shadow and if it's too bright add some more Vaseline.
Even though it doesn't sound like it, this is completely safe to use on your waterline.
