Make Money on SimCity
Designed by Will Wright, SimCity is a city-building simulation game. Going broke fast is always a problem in SimCity. Follow this guide to help you get all the money you will need. This guide is for the I-phone or I-touch.
Steps
- Start of by getting your city started. The main way to stay afloat is to not spend too much on things like airports, and marinas. You will not need these in the beginning.
- After your city is started, get the taxes for residential to about 8%. If you go any higher then the sims will move out of the city fast.
- You can check your financial adviser and see if your taxes are on target or not. They also have tips for you on how to improve your city.
- Get your commercial zones and industry zones going. Both of these will get you money but not as much as the residential.
- Check your city ordinances. Enable legalized gambling and parking fines. Don't enable ordinances that will make you lose money.
- Soon, when you are making more money than you are losing, you are on the path to success.
Tips
- Enable all ordinances that will help you earn money.
- Don't raise residential taxes more than 8% or people will move away.
- You have to shake the I-phone to get the cheat screen up.
- You can use cheat codes. These are only for I-phone and I-touch. *Use i am weak so that when you build things it doesn't cost you money.

- This depends on the way you develop your city.
- You can get kicked out of office.
