Make Mushroom Masala
Spiced Mushrooms...Not a fantasy anymore Make Spicy mushrooms. Sometimes children don't like mushrooms but this can induce them into doing so.

Ingredients
- 1 lb mushrooms, cleaned & sliced
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 big tomato
- 5-6 soaked cashew nuts

- 2 cloves
- 2 cardamoms
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Steps
- Grind each tomato and cashews one-by-one, separately.
- Fry cinnamon, cloves, cardamoms and make a powder of all these by crushing them.
- Heat oil, add ground onion, ginger-garlic paste and fry it until it is brown. When oil separates (floats above the mix), add ground tomato.
- When the oil leaves the tomato and onion mix (same meaning as above), add coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric, ground powder made earlier, (cinnamon, cardamoms and cloves) and ground cashew nuts.
- Now add mushrooms and salt. Reduce flame and cook for 10-15 minutes, if required add little water to cook.
- Finished.
Tips
- Eat with roti(See Related Articles).
- Garnish with mint leaves, coriander leaves, fresh cream, cashews, raisins.
