Make Strawberry Cream Cheese

This spread is delicious, and easy to make! This fluffy, creamy fruit spread can go on any breakfast bread: bagels, toast or biscuits. You won't be sorry!

Ingredients

Don't miss anything!

• 1/4 cup of fresh, ripe strawberries
• 1 Tbsp. of powdered sugar
• 8 oz. of soft cream cheese

Steps

1. Wash strawberries and remove tops.
2. Mash the strawberries in a bowl.
3. Add the powdered sugar and combine them together.
4. Add the strawberry/sugar mixture to the cream cheese and whip it until it is fluffy.
5. Spread on whatever you want and enjoy!

Tips

• It makes about a cup, so have a jar ready.
• The longer you whip everything together, the better.
• If there are leftovers, refrigerate them.
• It also makes a nice frosting for strawberry cupcakes.
