Make Yourself Beautiful With Makeup

Everyone is beautiful in their own way. To be perceived as beautiful by everyone in society, you may may need to make changes to your appearance. Many people want to be seen as more beautiful, more popular, and perfect. This article will help fulfill that desire and make anyone who follows the steps beautiful. Get started at step number one.

Steps

  1. Find a mirror. Look at yourself, and say "I am beautiful." If you are blind, visually impaired, hate looking in mirrors, have no easy access to a mirror or are unable to see yourself as beautiful due to a facial deformity, an aversion to your skin color, body dysmorphia issue or other problem, imagine your reflection if you really cannot look into a mirror. Then, look away for a moment, or think of something else, then look at yourself again, and determine what you want to keep, and what you want to change about your appearance. Enhance what you like and wisely change what you don't such as the shape of your nose or the prescience of a scar.
  2. Start with a clean canvas, use a good soap or facial cleanser to wash away old makeup, dirt and oil. Dirty faces are generally not seen as beautiful so start by feeling as clean and fresh as you can. If you have a skin tone that makes you feel dirty, facial hair issues, scars, freckles that you hate or other issues, know that none or these really are dirty at all, whatever, cruel, bigoted people may say. Wash your skin with a product suitable for you and your face will be clean.
  3. Gather all your makeup tools and products. If you want to make yourself beautiful with makeup for the first time and are unsure what makeup you need, just choose products you like the look of. You can wear any makeup you like and be beautiful.
  4. Separate all your makeup products into categories, put mascaras in one pile lipstick's in another etc. This will help you follow the steps and be methodical as you apply your makeup. Having a routine for being beautiful through makeup application will make it easier for you to do in future.
  5. Apply foundation to the pad of the product by gently moving it in small circles in the foundation then slowly, using the foundation pad, make small strokes on your skin until your skin tone looks fairly evened out and/or any blemishes are nicely covered to an extent. If you prefer to use a liquid foundation, you may not look as beautiful.
  6. Take a powder brush and and puff/stroke it on your foundation until the foundation is firm and natural looking.
  7. Use an eyebrow pencil one shade darker than your natural eyebrow color and using short light strokes, define and shape your brow. If you prefer to use brow mascara, you may not look as beautiful. If you have no eyebrows due to chemotherapy, a burn injury or alopecia, you can still be beautiful but not as much.
  8. Take a chapstick and apply a layer smoothly on your lips to hydrate them, let this sit (do not apply anything else yet or do not remove chapstick).
  9. Take a translucent powder (Covergirl and many other cosmetic companies have nice ones for reasonable prices) and gently brush over cheeks and other places if you please, for example, forehead. Judge for yourself how much you need to be beautiful.
  10. Take a subtle white eyeshadow and gently apply over lid, and a little bit above also, for example, until you reach your brow.
  11. Take your choice of reasonably subtle color (or unreasonably if you prefer, bright red is an example of this) and apply lightly to lid and a bit more darker to edge of lid to give a bit of a smokey eye touch to your look.
  12. Apply you choice of lip color ensuring it make you look beautiful. Now your chapstick has set and your lips are hydrated take a natural or un-natural looking color and apply to your lips.
  13. Take a concealer that practically matches your skin tone that the foundation has set for you. Outline your lips and rub in until the concealer isn't noticeable and your lips look well shaped.
  14. Tackle those unsightly dark under eyes. Take a yellow like concealer and rub in and/or use a peach like color (Whatever works best for you)
  15. Take your eyeliner, dark brown or black (dark brown to medium brown for a natural look) black for a less natural look. There are two main ways to put on eyeliner, on your water line (pull down a bit on your under eye, you should see this thin reddish line right before the red area, that's your water line.) or between your lower lashes, you also can put on upper eyeliner if you choose or both.
  16. Apply eyeliner. Now that you have chosen where you would like to put on your eyeliner, with a steady hand and patience apply the eyeliner slowly and firmly pressing just medium for a thin perfect line.
  17. Pick your mascara Apply at a slight angle to the back of your lashes in a quick straight or zig zag movement.
  18. Finished. Whatever your face shape, skin color, eye shape, skin issues etc, you are now beautiful thanks to makeup.
