Make Yourself Smell Delicious

Ever wanted to make yourself smell irresistible? It's not as hard as you might think! Smelling great is easily done by choosing the right products!

Steps

  1. When using body wash, leave it on your body for 5 minutes, so it can really soak in.
  2. When blow-drying your hair, spray perfume all over just before. The heat from the hair dryer will really bring out the perfume and make you smell great.
  3. After spraying perfume (places other than your hair), then give your body a quick hit from the hair-dryer, to really bring out the perfume.
  4. Take a body spray (perfumed deodorant) with you where ever you go, and spray over yourself occasionally.
  5. Have a bath in the morning before school, or work. It's a great way to freshen up and prepare you for the day, and leaves you smelling great.
  6. Spray some body spray/mist onto your clothes before you put them on in the morning.
  7. Brush your teeth at least twice a day, and use mouthwash after eating. You don't want your gorgeous scent being overpowered by bad breath.
  8. Wear clean clothes.
  9. Avoid smoking, and keep drinking(alcohol) to a minimum.
  10. Sprinkle baking soda on the inside of your clothes (only a little!). This can help if you sweat heavily.

Tips

  • Make sure that if you use different scents together, they don't clash and overpower each other.
  • You should always brush after eating something smelly like onions.
  • Drink lots of water and eat plenty of fruit and veg. This will weaken the smell of your sweat and reduce body odour.
  • If you find you have foot-related odour problems, then invest in a specialised spray. The Body Shop do a great lemongrass deodorising foot spray which would do perfectly.
  • Buy some great smelling body washes and body scrubs.
  • Wash everyday and wear perfume and deodorant.
  • Get a perfume that suits you, and smells great! A lot of celebrity perfumes should do perfectly
  • Keep body hair to a minimum (even for guys, make sure it's trimmed at least!) to reduce the amount of sweat you produce.
  • Use a fruity shampoo and conditioner when you do your hair
  • For guys, lynx body spray works brilliantly.
  • Remember there are people that are allergic to perfume, so a little dab will do.

Warnings

  • Cheap perfumes are usually strong, but usually don't smell to great, so be careful of what you get!
  • Do not get an incredibly rough body scrub, as frequent use could damage your skin in the long run. Invest in mild scrub.
  • Avoid eating smelly foods too often, like burgers, onions, garlic, etc.
  • Do not get perfume, or body spray in your eyes! Be carefulĀ :)
