Make a Cheese Sandwich

A cheese sandwich when made correctly can be delicious. Here is how to make a cheese sandwich that will be a scrumptious treat to your senses!

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of your favourite bread.
  • Salad cream
  • Butter
  • 3 different types of cheese
  • A tomato

Steps

  1. Wash your hands well.
  2. Thickly butter your bread (thickly because cheese sandwiches can be dry)
  3. Thinly spread on your salad cream to add just a little more taste to the sandwich.
  4. Slice your tomato very thinly and spread evenly over one slice of bread.
  5. Slice each cheese thinly.
  6. On top of the tomato, put a slice of one cheese. Then a slice of another cheese, then a slice of the final cheese. Repeat until there is a fairly thick, very even layer of cheeses.
  7. On top of the cheeses, put more tomato on top of the cheese, laying evenly.
  8. Carefully lay the second slice of bread onto the one with cheese and tomato on until all sides are as parallel as possible.
  9. Cut into small triangles. In a preference survey, people tended to find sandwiches cut into small triangles nicer to eat.

Tips

  • Homemade bread tastes fresher and nicer.
  • You can even toast the bread and make the cheese sandwich crispy and crunchy.
  • You could cut into very small squares which would make the pattern of cheese very pretty.

  • Be careful with the knife when slicing the tomato and cheese.
