Make a Match Gun

This will tell you how to make an extremely powerful pocket gun out of a clothes pin.

Steps

  1. Disassemble one clothes pin. Keep the metal spring.
  2. Place the two wooden parts against one another backwards. This is how it will sit when done.
  3. Draw a line with a permanent marker going from the small hole all the way to the end of the cloths pin. Do this on the other piece. Now fill in the wood with black behind the small hole in the middle. About a centimeter will do. Repeat on the other side.
  4. Take the box knife and cut into the wood were you drew the black box.make it even with the hole in the middle.
  5. Take your round file and file away a hole along the black line you drew.Put them together and look down the hole and you should be able to see inside the box you just made.
  6. The big hole on top of the head that was once inside.this will be where on end of the metal spring will sit.file a notch there for it.on the other side of the inside the box on the same piece of wood you just filed make a notch on the far end of the box.the side furthest away from the on the notch.
  7. Put one end of the spring in the top notch.Put the other spring on the inside of the box.
  8. Put rubber bands or thread around it along with super glue to keep it together.
  9. Pull the side of the spring towards you until it goes into the notch. Put in match. Push down on spring.
