Make a Paper Beretta/Pistol/Gun

There has been a lot of commotion as to how to make a paper gun. While this may not turn out as to your liking, this should give you a basis in how to make your own gun. This way you can modify it to your liking. That being said, let's begin shall we?

Steps

  1. Get an 8.5 x 11 computer paper (loose-leaf paper works fine) and roll that paper so that the diameter is very close to {{safesubst:#invoke:convert|convert}}. Tape both ends as well as the middle.
  2. Fold each paper lengthwise 3 times.
  3. Take the first sheet and fold the paper crosswise. This will be the barrel.
  4. Get the second sheet of paper and fold both ends downwards, forming a 90 degree angle. This will be either the handle or magazine of the gun.
  5. Fold it in the center. This should be aligned so that it fits in your hand.
  6. Hold the handle of the in one hand
  7. Slide in the barrel. Do not slide it in all the way, leave about {{safesubst:#invoke:convert|convert}} sticking out.
  8. Tape or staple the sides. Looking like a gun now, right? If you don't have Tape nor a Staple, Use a rubberband to hold the middle of the handle.
  9. Add some details using a marker. This step is optional.
  10. Now cock it like a boss!
  11. Congrats, you've made your gun!



Tips

  • This is only the basic structure, feel free to change any steps to your liking.
  • You can use foam instead of paper. Besides, it's stronger.
  • You can add attachments to your paper gun like a scope, an extension, and some legs to make a paper sniper. You can even make your own attachments.
  • You can add an ammo box to the gun/sniper. To add an ammo box, fold the paper in 1/2 3 times and put your ammo box in-between the middle of the extension of the gun or besides the extension of the gun.
  • When you're cocking it, don't cock it too far or it'll come out.

Warnings

  • Don't bring these into school/public facilities that prohibit the use of firearms and/or firearm look-a likes.

Things You'll Need

  • 2 pieces of paper (More than 2 if you want to make more paper guns for your friends or siblings)
  • Tape, Stapler, or Rubberband (Optional)
  • Ruler
  • Extra Pieces of paper to make the attachments
