Ingredients
- 5 links Johnsonville Heat & Serve Bratwurst (1/2-inch bias sliced)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion, sliced into 1-inch rings
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced thinly
- 2 cups BBQ sauce
- 16 oz cabbage slaw (shredded)
- 16 oz cole slaw dressing
- 5 crusty kaiser rolls
Steps
- Place a pan of olive oil on medium-high heat.
- Add the onion and garlic to the pan.
- Sauté the mixture until it becomes golden and onions still retain their integrity.
- Add the sliced bratwurst and the BBQ to onion mixture and heat.
- Place cabbage slaw into a bowl and add the dressing.
- Blend the cabbage slaw and dressing well.
- Take one Kaiser Roll and slice it into halves.
- Put about a 1/2 cup of the BBQ mixture onto the bottom half of the roll.
- Place 3 tablespoons of the coleslaw mix on top of the BBQ.
- Place the other half of the roll back on and serve!
- Finished.
