Pack a Pencil Case
A pencil case is an indispensable item if you are a student at school, or a working individual. It is a great tool for organizing and keeping equipment together, but what you put in it can either make or break your performance, so read on to discover what materials are negotiable and what is not!
Steps
- Locate a pencil case. A makeup bag will work, but you can also buy another kind of box or pouch.
- Customize your pencil case, especially if the fabrics are plain. Sequins or rhinestones are easy to apply and you can put your name in fun patterns.
- Rack up some supplies. Here is a list of things you should pick up from a local office supply store:
- pens (black/blue and colored, ballpoint or gel-ink that won't run)
- pencils (mechanical, so they don't stain the interior of the bag)
- erasers (stick with the classics)
- highlighters
- white out/ correction tape
- permanent markers (one black and one colored)
- Of course, you are not limited to this list but those items should definitely remain in your pencil case.
- Stock up on extras that you keep at home. This is just in case you happen to run out.
Warnings
- If you are taking an exam, you will need to present a clear, transparent pencil case so that the teachers know you aren't cheating. eg. no calculators or protractors etc.
