Pelvic Thrust

Are your dance moves lacking? Then you too can learn the art of the pelvic thrust

Steps

  1. Bend your knees. There is no way to pelvic thrust like a big strong man unless you bend your dang legs.
  2. Clench your fists in front of you with your arms slightly bent. Also, slightly stick your butt out behind you
  3. Thrust your pelvis area forward whilst bringing your arms, still bent and clenched back behind you.
  4. Return to initial position.
  5. Repeat steps 3-5 until you have impressed every lady you know with your awesome new dance move.

Tips

  • Be loose.
  • Don't worry about what people think you are implying with said dance move.
  • Change things up, but don't overdo it. Maybe try gyrating your hips while in the act, or you could even change up the arms. Be creative!

Warnings

  • Doing this could ruin your reputation at church.
  • You probably shouldn't do this around your mother or grandmother.
  • You probably shouldn't do this if you're under the age of 13 or you're around little kids.
