Steps
- Bend your knees. There is no way to pelvic thrust like a big strong man unless you bend your dang legs.
- Clench your fists in front of you with your arms slightly bent. Also, slightly stick your butt out behind you
- Thrust your pelvis area forward whilst bringing your arms, still bent and clenched back behind you.
- Return to initial position.
- Repeat steps 3-5 until you have impressed every lady you know with your awesome new dance move.
Tips
- Be loose.
- Don't worry about what people think you are implying with said dance move.
- Change things up, but don't overdo it. Maybe try gyrating your hips while in the act, or you could even change up the arms. Be creative!
Warnings
- Doing this could ruin your reputation at church.
- You probably shouldn't do this around your mother or grandmother.
- You probably shouldn't do this if you're under the age of 13 or you're around little kids.
