Steps
- Stand erect; not rigid, but flexible.
- The foot you are kicking with (right) should be back. The other foot (left) should be in front.
- Lift the right leg up to your chest. Don't strain yourself.
- Turn your body so you face to the side opposite your right foot and pivot your left foot to the same direction.
- Simultaneously, extend the right leg toward the attacker and pivot your left foot in the opposite direction.
- Pivot your foot back to its normal position with your leg raised at your chest.
- Come down.
Warnings
- Don't try this unless you have been taught by a qualified master. Doing this without training is disrespectful and could end up hurting you.
- In an actual fight be realistic with your kicks and don't try to look fancy in a sparring match, it might cost you the match.
